Certified to teach group fitness classes. With over five years of experience teaching cardio, strength, HIIT, bootcamp classes and more, I always find a unique way to challenge all of my classes. If you are new to fitness, you'll find my classes informative. More advanced participants will find my classes enjoyable and challenging. 

Bodybuilding

Is your goal putting on muscle and looking like a bodybuilder? I am the perfect personal trainer to help you with your goals. I have been through a bodybuilding prep and competition. I have put several clients through bodybuilding competition preps.

I work with kids to help improve overall fitness and health. I'll teach children how to properly lift weights and get them ready for their competitions.

Needing to build up your endurance to play with your kids or run that ultramarathon? I got you covered!

Through my work, I have worked with many athletes to develop sport specific workouts. If you are trying out for a team or looking to run a race, I have the knowledge to get you in shape! 

TRX

As a certified TRX instructor, I can teach you the proper ways to use the TRX. I can teach beginners and challenge advanced athletes.

It's no secret - fitness training has been proven to prevent disease, strengthen your health and improve your confidence and outlook on life. As an ISSA student working toward my certification to be a trainer, I'm learning about everything from muscle mechanics to flexibility and cardiovascular dynamics.
